I have had a chase premiere checking account for over 15 years. I never had to pay any servicing fees on having this account until I looked at my statement this past month. I not only was charged $20.00 for servicing fees, I found out this was happening for the past 15 months. Chase has charged me $300.00 for for something I have had for over 15 years and never been charged a servicing fee. They said it is because I didn't have required balance of $15000.00 in account. I have not had that kind of money in there for over 12 years. My balance has been under $1000.00 for over 12 years. This is why I didn't catch it or notice it until now. Do you think they cared about that or returned me my money. NO, they did not. They saw how I was not charged anything for years, Chase did not care. Big banks, they don't care about the little guy. They will try to find anything they can to charge you a fee. I recommend going to a small local bank, one that cares about you as a person. Don't go to Chase Bank for personal checking. 20 or 30 years ago Chase Bank used to be a good bank.

Zero customer service! 1. You call and call (trying for 4 business days now) you get a weird and rude message that does not even identify the bank, telling you to call back because they are busy. 2. They are all about pampering shareholders. No services for customers such as checks, or paper statements. Cut all expenses out as much as possible to give bigger dividends to shareholders. 3. My debit card expired last month. Never got a new one. Trying to find out why. Can't get through to the skeleton crew. It's difficult to get by without checks or a debit card. Time for me to find a new bank.

Chase has the worst customer service people on the phones. They keep closing branches down and putting them further away, so talking to customer service face to face cost you a arm and leg to drive. Been with them for over ten years, time to move on and find a local bank.

Opened up a business account here. Great account, great APY, great service. Plan to spend a few hours at the branch, though, FYI. It's okay, I brough a book ;)

You should be able to call a local Chase bank and have somebody answering their phone lines. You should also be able to call the 800 number provided by the bank and have someone who handles your money answer the phone professionally and not just say, "hello" with some cut rate feedback going on in the background. I never did get past the hello, hello, hello and will certainly be taking my business elsewhere!!

Over the years this bank has served us well with the personal bankers inside near the tellers. I’ve had an account since it was M & P. They must not have realistic phone coverage at the local number because I know of customers who have called it off and on for days with no answer.

I can never get anyone to answer the phone when I have a specific question about my acount or need to let them know I'll be traveling. They just let it ring nonstop and I keep getting the voice mail. Smh.

So far I've been in like twice.. the first time I went in to set up an account and it took over an hour because the manager said that she didn't set up my types of account and the regular people who did decided to go to a meeting instead of take care of the customer first. The second time that I went in to cash a check since my debit card hasn't arrived the lady at the front asked me to tell her my SSN outloud and instead I gave her my card. Third and last time I went in, me and the "teller" where discussing the Chase app.. I clearly had it open yet he randomly decided to yell my account balance out loud. Not a great start but hopefully it improves once I no longer have to deal with the people inside.

Chase is such a great bank. Literally these past years, and especially last night.. I found out someone used my card for a big purchased. Called chase right up. Explained what happened he transfered me to the claim department. And got it closed and the money refunded to me with in 5 hours and have my new card coming in soon! I know it’s “their” job. But. I’ve experienced with other ppl they chase and some weren’t as helpful. I appreciate the two men who helped me last!!!

I have done alot of banking with Chase Bank and have never had any problems but Fri 11/25/16 my daughter in law cashed a check from my son on his Chase account and she was given all $100 bills. 2 of them appeared to be older bills (1980s ). I thought they looked weird so I marked with a marker and it showed to be good so then I paid one of my bill places and they too marked it and said it was good also but when they deposited in their account another bank said that it is counterfeit and secret service has been called and now I am out $100 because Chase said that they are not responsible since the bill left the bank and did not even try and deny it. I barely make minimum wage and being out $100 is alot of money for me and takes away from my own grand daughters Christmas.
