  I went through a few lenders while looking for a home and I always ran into an issue. So after working with James and the Guild Mortgage team it was very fast, easy, and with no complications.   I would recommend Guild Mortgage to anyone in the market for buying a house. That was me recently, and my real estate agent recommended David as they have known each other for quite some time. David is a busy guy, but when you get to sit down with him and let him explain everything about the loan and go through different scenarios, you will see why. This guy really knows his stuff and isn't trying to hide anything. Being my first time home buying experience I expected to get the works but he held my hand and walked me through the process with explanations about everything the whole way. I am very much appreciative of that. Thanks to everyone on the Guild Mortgage team that helped me on my home buying journey!

  Guild mortgage is awesome! My fiancé and I worked with Audra McMahon and her team, and they were excellent throughout the entire home buying process. As a first time home buyer, I was a little tepid going through the process as it seemed overwhelming, but Audra broke everything down and made it a breeze. She promised she would get us the best rate and within our budget, and she absolutely delivered. Audra stayed in contact regularly and never left us hanging on questions we had. We are so happy with our new home, and will definitely use them for future needs. Would absolutely recommend Guild Mortgage, but especially Audra- she's a rockstar!

  I worked with Dave Brown on my last purchase of my home, he offers the best service, and acts more of an advisory than a salesperson. He shared with me factors dictating the mortgage rates, guidance on locking in my rate, Cost-Value analysis on how much to put down, if I should pay PMI. Overall if I could give 6 stars I would. Truly exceptional service I rarely see in any field, and he has consulted with me on the best finance approach for purchasing my home.

  They allowed Lakeview Loan Servicing to service my loan, which resulted in my SSN being leaked due to a data breach. Would not recommend.
