  While this was our first time buying a home, I don't think there is a better Mortgage Counselor out there. Jordan is very professional, informative, and up front about what is going on, all while being laid back, excited for every step and a genuinely good guy.   They don’t get much better than Jordan Williams. My girlfriend and I just recently purchased our first rental property with Jordan and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Because it was our first time, he clearly and patiently walked us through the steps, over explained things so that we full understood and was available at all times whenever we had questions. He became more than a lender, he’s a friend and I highly recommend him.

  You will never meet a more helpful and honest person to do business with than Jordan Williams. Period! Jordan went so far out of his way to help make our experience getting a home loan a smooth experience. There were many nights that we had questions and Jordan NEVER hesitated to help us out. Sometimes he would have to call us back after putting his kids to bed and sometimes our calls would run late into the night, but he always made himself available, even to the point of driving across town to get signatures or pick up papers to help speed along the process. He is kind, patient, helpful, and someone I can truly call a friend! If you ever need help getting a home loan, you will find no one better!

  I seriously cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Jordan during my home buying process! He is by far one of the most genuine individuals I have ever came across. I was terrified to buy a home on my own and was blessed to be connected with Jordan. He made the process so easy!! He was awesome at breaking down every detail and making sure I knew exactly what was going on and what specifically he needed from me to make sure everything moved along smoothly! He was available at all hours of the day and never missed a call or text. Everyone says buying a home is so stressful but I assure you with Jordan at your side it will be a whole lot easier! He even had me ready to close a week early!! :)

  There aren't enough positive things to say about our experience working with Jordan Williams. He's a true professional, communicates often and clearly, and made our first home-buying experience incredibly simple. We learned a lot from Jordan throughout the buying experience, and made a friend in the process. So glad I listened to my buyer's agent and went with Jordan... I don't know how anyone uses those big-box lenders that have to "pull up your file". I could count on a phone call every week whether we were moving forward or not just to touch base and update us on the process. You cannot put a price on that kind of customer experience.

  My husband and I purchased our first house in August 2020. We wanted to purchase a house for years but I was so anxious that the home buying process would be stressful and daunting. We were introduced to Jordan by our realtor and Jordan made our home buying process a dream. He was always available to answer any question and never made us feel like a burden.
