  I used Guild mortgage to refinance twice in the last 1.5 years, and worked with Alejandro both times. In both cases the process was quick, everything was done on time and as expected, and I really appreciated Alejandro’s regular updates, that occurred in addition to the automated updates from Guild. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely use Guild again for any future mortgage/refi needs!

  Well now that I've been paying on my house for 6 years, and they've sold my loan to Willamette Bank, I'll go ahead and write this review. I'll try to be brief. Do not trust this lender. They will lie to your face to get a closing. Long story short. I had $26,000 in the bank and a credit score of 770. They put me in a FHA loan with mortgage insurance which they said would go away when you pay 30% of your balance. That is the lie. It never comes off. So you end up paying an extra $230 a month for the entirety of the loan. Everyone who has reviewed my loan says they screwed me. They smile and shake your hand as they put the knife in your back. Never go through these people.

  With over 25 years of real estate experience, I can honestly say that Heffner Group and Guild Mortgage have been the best Mortgage company with which I have worked. They take fantastic care of my clients. Many clients have had credit issues or specific needs and Terry Heffner's group has made sure that all timelines are met, that all deal breakers are resolved, and that my clients are able to purchase a home. Terry isn't just there to make sure the deal is closed, he and his group are there from beginning to end to make sure the buyer/client has a smooth experience, is prepared from beginning to end, and that their transaction ends successfully. They base their business on honesty, knowledge of the many changing lending guidelines, preparation, and customer service. Thank you Terry and Lisa Soito for taking excellent care of my clients.   Amy Johnson at Guild Mortgage was fantastic with all aspects of my home loan! She communicated with my wife and I very effectively, always keeping us up to speed on the status of things as well as making sure we knew what was expected of us in order to keep our purchase on track. I have already referred several of my close friends to her and will continue to do so. THANKS Guild Mortgage for making the home loan process easier than expected!

  I have worked with a lot of different Mortgage loan companies and Terry Heffners Team at Guild Mortgage is my first and "only" choice! I completely trust their advice and expertise and always recommend that my clients use them.   The Heffner Group at Guild is awesome! I represent buyers on their home purchases and have never felt more confident in a team on the lending side. They each have such high standards for themselves and the service they provide, my buyers really feel like royalty. Details matter, options matter, being nice and honest matters. This group has it all! Hands down, let them talk with you if you want to buy or refi. Do it.

  I warn you to stay away from this mortgage company. I was referred by my realtor to work with Levi on getting me a loan for my first home back in February 2015. Levi told me my credit score needed just a few more points, and I was referred by Guild Mortgage to use Continental Credit's repair services (another company I am highly dissatisfied with as after 6 months they did nothing to improve my credit score). This mortgage company wasted months of my time and because of them I also wasted over $500 on credit repairs I didn't need. There was no communication either, every communication was because I contacted them. After finally contacting another local mortgage company, I had applied for a home loan, was approved, and put an offer in on a house all within 3 days and will be moving into my new home next month. After reading the other reviews I am not surprised. Do not waste your time with this company.

  AMY JOHNSON, and the team at Guild went above and beyond the call of duty through my whole mortgage process. I didn't make it easy for them, and they supported me the whole way. I will always recommend her and Guild Mortgage. I will definitely use her again in the future.
