  They charged me fees for an "abandoned" account when my employer couldn't direct deposit into my account. Those fees then put my account to a negative balance so they charged my more fees. They wanted more fees to close the account. For all these fees, I was never overdrawn. The manager resumed to remove any of them say that I was told of them when I open the account. I wasn't told that they didn't accept my direct deposits though. I would never recommend this credit union to anyone.

  This is the Best location of all the Westmark credit Unions. Kim Canning is the best, she has helped my family and I with all our Auto and pretty much every other loan we have needed. I've had quite a few loans through other Banks but Westmark takes the cake and I'm have been very pleased and great full for all the help I've received. Awesome awesome place. There is always going to be good and bad review out there but you'll just have to find out for your self. Highly recommend from this guy. Thanks again Kim and all you Westmark holigans.😁😎🤗

  I can’t say enough amazing things about Westmark! Westmark approved me for my new Jeep and my Coleman Trailer, their customer service is spot on, they are super nice and helpful every time I have a question or need help with my account. I ended up closing my accounts with the other bank I had been with and switched everything to Westmark! Also their little eagles account has great incentives for my son! Thank you for such amazing customer service!!! Highly recommend!

  Working with Westmark Silverstone branch looks like a breath of fresh air the staff seem to go the extra mile to make you comfortable and feel welcome at their establishment everybody seem to be very very helpful. And wanted to do the extra mile to make it pleasant. Working with the loan officer Kim Canning was very pleasant I have three loans with them that she has done and she has gone the extra mile to make the transition pleasure and to accomplish my goal. I would recommend this branch everybody I know and have referred several people.

  I only have good words about Westmark Credit Union! Excellent products and excellent service! They are always friendly and are eager to go out of their way to help!   This bank is honestly number 1 above all others. Kim Canning is the sweetest lady, she Is always willing to help out and she brightens your day with her kindness. Their team is just the best they are fast and hard working workers who are always friendly! If your looking for a bank I would highly recommend this westmark credit union.

  I have been a member of westmark credit Union for over 20 years. I highly recommend Westmark!! This Branch specifically, off of Overland Rd and Eagle Rd, is super friendly and great to work with! Very personable and kind!

  First off, I NEVER leave reviews, sorry I just don't care and have other obligations. Also, I fully admit that when I went into this branch (Eagle/Overland) I was in a horrible mood and didn't want to have to deal with people, let alone the stress of finances. For certain reasons, I was in the process of needing to switch from Idaho Central (they're horrible, I don't recommend) and I heard Westmark was one of the best in Idaho. So begrudgingly I went in on my day off. I can say with full confidence that Westmark Credit Union, and specifically this branch on Overland/Eagle, not only helped solve my current banking issue, but also helped me to consolidate my bills (saving me over $200 monthly) AND alllwed me leave in a better mood. I was helped by a pretty teller named Leah, who was super knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Also, the branch VP Kim helped me with the debt consolidation and was kind, funny, quick, and ultimately great at what she does. I was in there for maybe an hour and left with improved finances and a better mood. If you have any banking or financial questions/wants/needs then go in and see Leah!

  What a great place to bank! I enjoy dealing with everyone at the Meridian branch. They always greet my wife and I like best friends. I especially appreciate Kim Canning for all of her help on our loans.

  Got my first credit card here! Awesome credit union to be apart of. The employees are always willing to help and are super friendly. One of the tellers, Yamile helped me move my checking over from my old bank and made it super simple for me and I’m glad I did it!
