  Great Service and great team!!! We needed a resource to help our dentists with the stimulus loans and none were having luck finding a bank that would help. First Federal was able to help at least 15 of our separate dental offices and they were fast, professional and made the process so easy for our members. I got many calls letting us know how happy they were with the service they received. I highly recommend them and I'm sure they gained several new happy customers.

  We started our construction loan process with another institution that was becoming a disaster. We had Mike Kirby's contact info at First Fed, reached out to him and eventually "fired" the first lender even though they told us the loan was about to close. It was the best decision we could have made, there have been a few things that have come up in the construction process and First Fed has been VERY flexible and accommodating in working with us and our builder. We can't say enough good things about them, and would highly recommend them for a construction loan / mortgage. We are exceptionally pleased.

  Wonderful service with a full range of bank services. Their loan officer Kyle is always on top of everything. When the PPP guidance came out they had my business loan application done quickly and efficiently before any of colleagues. Very honest I give them 5 stars!
