  I visited this branch during a business trip and was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by their incredible customer service! They were all so friendly and at one point Condi, Marilyn, Suzette, Randi and Mike all came out to chat with me. Dominick is very professional and helpful and was able to answer all my questions! The short time I spent in this branch was a breath of fresh air.

  I've banked at this branch for over 25 years and have had an open communication with the staff members who have always gone Above & Beyond in Customer Service....They always make sure I'm informed about what I need to know on my accounts thoroughly and always greet me like family.

  Sorry, have to ruin your 5 star rating because of your manager, but I've never met a more unprofessional and immature bank manager in my life. It was embarrassing to the point I moved my account over to Idaho Central Credit Union, a superior financial institution imo. D.L. Evans is NOT a community bank. They are run by greedy people.
