  Anyone looking for any kind of loan should call Jody Reese. She is knowledgable, dedicated, great communicator, efficient. She will take you through the process so you understand everything and never leave you wondering. Jody just helped my client buy a new home. She told her all the moves to make to make it easy and smooth. My client loves her and so do I. In December, a hard month for business with all the vacations when the county and banks are closed.   After grueling and frustrating house hunting for 6 months, we finally landed a house that we're happy with. In the beginning we tried with traditional loan institutes, like banks and credit unions but the services were sporadic. Jody at VITEK, however, guided us through all the steps in securing a loan from the beginning . She wrote a pre-approved loan letter to add to our offer and clearly explained and requested all the information that are needed for the underwriters.   Worst experience l have ever had getting a loan. My husband and l were told we were approved to buy a home all way up until the house we were living in was closing and we had to move out in less than 3 days when Jody told us our loan was challenging? She kept telling us she was working on it but l could tell she was just stringing us along. So, l had to find a rental in less than 2 days for our family and 2 dogs and 2 cats. Horrible customer service don't waste your time!
