This bank refuses to give you your funds from EDD in branch if you don't have an acct with them. They make you use the ATM. And after using the ATM after 2 times.. They are now charging you for the withdrawing your money from EDD. If you withdraw your funds from your personal bank.. They charge you a fee. This is horrible and they are now trying to steal money from people who are in need who are trying to take care of their families.. Who don't and haven't found a job. I was laid off in May and my store was closed due to covid19. This was unexpected.. But the way BOA is doing business is even worse.. Because they know what they are doing. Shame on BOA!

I went in and I needed help with security on my phone and banking and a guy came out and spent a good amount of time and energy helping me. Made me feel a little more secure with my banking. I am soo grateful he helped me with my banking needs. Owmar is his name, but I am soo happy he helped me and explained everything to me patiently. Thank you so much.. 11/17/21 was the date. Amazing help...

They accused me of falsifying a check because the 't' in ninety was hard to see but was there. Not my fault they had sloppy handwriting. Don't treat me like a criminal for trying to cash a check. They also tried to have me open an account so they don't charge an $8 cashing fee. Why would I open an account if you're treating me like some kind of criminal? And couldn't you call who the check was written from to verify before accusing? Stay far away. Went to my chase bank and they cashed it for me no problem. (The check was a BoA check I thought it would be easier if I brought it to the same bank. My mistake!)

ABSOULTE WORST BRANCH EVER. Rude to the customers, understaffed, and couldn’t care less about helping the customer. The only good thing about this branch is Alex mariscal, he is the only one that will sit down with you and help solve your problems.

This is the worst bank. If you are thinking of becoming a member you will regret it. They are one of the most expensive businesses accounts in town. You receive absolutely nothing for your $18.00 a month. 90 percent of the time their is one teller. It doesn't mater how many people are in line. To make matters worse you will be greeted by a condisending shrew that I can only assume is an assistant manager or head teller. She is one of those rude snots who greets you with a fake smile and has never brought her manners to work. Rather than give you the service you pay for she will try to direct you to the ATM outside as if you didn't know it existed . I guarantee if she reads this she will have no doubt that it is her I'm talking about. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment at this branch for 4:15 on a Friday to close out an account. I waited until 4:45, only to be told that they had run out of time to take care of my appointment and that I would have to reschedule. Honor your customers - even if it is a Friday.

I'm an infrequent visitor to the inside of a bank, but when I do need to do a face-to-face transaction, this is the branch I visit. My transactions are always handled efficiently here, and it's been a LONG time since I had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. No complaints.

I give 5 stars for the folks I had interaction with here! First, on the phone, Mr. Alex Mariscal, kindly maneuvered his afternoon schedule around to fit a need I had, instead of insisting to go by the book and have me wait until another day and get a proper appointment. That was a big, big deal for me! Also, when I arrived at the bank, it being my first visit there and being unsure of where to go, another young man quickly approached to get me to where I needed to be. Then he stopped to ask another lady sitting in the waiting room what he could do to help, and she said 'I need you to help me fill out this form!' ; which he stated he was not allowed to do, but then kindly took her over to someone who could help her. All those I met with that day made sure that everyone's needs were met, and did it all graciously!

I had no choice and had to do business here today and again BofA never ceases to amaze me. This out dated location, like most locations I have been to, only adds to the much bigger problem that I have experienced. No matter what time, no matter how many people are working, there is always a long line of customers, reminiscent of the DMV. I always wondered if they do that on purpose and today it was confirmed 100 percent. While waiting in line, a poor subject (employee) had the job of asking each angry person in line if they had online banking, a subtle way of telling us that you would not have to wait in line with only one teller, all the while watching other tellers standing around chatting. It was obvious the dozen or more people waiting 30 min plus, were being held hostage, for a lack of a better word; a perfect sales technique and "problem, reaction solution" implementation often used on the masses. We see you have a problem sir and the reaction is of course the anger from such lack of service and now comes the solution presented by a cute high heeled bombshell "excuse me, do you have online banking"... I rest my case with this; dont invest in your customers your locations and your time has no value... oh and also have your employees solicite for the elimination of their own job.
