  Guiding hands and the people there are really friendly and helpful. I was nervous about going there because my credit has been something i'v been ashamed of. However they reassured me that it was something that they could take care of. It is inexpensive and with in just few months of being with them i fixed my credit and went from a poor credit to Good credit.   I am so glad that I worked with Guiding Hands. My scores are well above 700 and I am ready to buy a home. My husband had many deletions and improved scores. Plus the things we learned about credit has continued to improve our scores. We were able to finance a car last year and now starting the process of buying a house.

  I stopped into Guiding Hands Credit Services office today to see if they could help me improve my scores, which are far less than steller. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they took their time and explained every step that they do and explained it on a human level.   The staff at Guiding Hand Credit Service are friendly, informative, and helpful. They answered all my questions quickly. I signed up for their services to prepare to purchase a home and they were able to successfully have several items deleted from my credit reports. I was hoping for a bigger jump in my credit score, but I didn't realize how much time was needed to wait for responses from the credit bureaus.

  Service here is first class. Guiding Hands first gained my confidence and appreciation several years ago when they quickly corrected a few errors on my credit report. I hadn’t been sure what to expect when I was referred to them by a friend, but I was soon reassured by their competence and integrity. What a relief to literally put this task into the hands of friendly professionals who were able to complete the work much more efficiently and effectively than I could have. Their reasonable fee was money well spent! More recently (and years since I had paid them for services), Shawn was kind enough to sit down with me to provide helpful answers regarding a few current questions. Now I am the person referring friends with credit issues to Guiding Hands and, should the need arise, I will hire them again myself.

  GHCS has been wonderful to work with from day 1. They made such a difference in my credit score in just 6 months. My consultant was always available when I called or she called back quickly. She worked with me easily and helped me understand my credit problems and resolutions. She did all the work for me which was such a relief. I would recommend them to everyone.

  Since starting out journey to repair out credit everyone we have spoken to has been so helpful and very quick to get answers to any questions we have had. I would highly recommend using Guiding Hands if you want help repairing your credit. We told them upfront why we wanted to fix our credit and they have worked diligently to get our scores up to where we want them. Thank you Guiding Hands!

  They did an amazing job fixing our credit. We cancelled after two years using this service in Dec 2018. Our issues are, we have been charged by subsidiary company’s for 1 1/2 years now. Funds that I can’t get back for services I never had access to. I spoke to Guiding Hands December of last year ( after realizing we were still being charged) she profusely apologized over and over again. She confirmed we would not he charged any longer. As of this month I am still being charged. I have been overcharged in excess of $1500 for cancelled services, I have never had access to. A couple months ago, I canceled some of these with my bank. However again being charged for LegalShield bc they change the amount from $19.99 a month to $19.95 to get through the bank block. So unethical! I am also very intrigued how these company’s were able to get my new debit card number after I received a new one a year ago. If you don’t mind spending $1-2k for services never rendered. Then this is for you! Again, they did do a good job fixing our credit. They just never stopped charging us.

  We are surprised that you have been charged for that long and you would have not brought this to our attention earlier. We are sorry to hear about this; however, we have never continued to charge clients after they discontinued services with us. We show no record that we continued to charge you. When someone cancels services with us we always request that they put it in writing so we can put it in their file as well as we send a cancellation email outlining that if there are third party fees (LegalShield, credit monitering, etc) involved, clients have to cancel that themselves. There is no way of us to get access to your new credit card if any information has changed. Please get in contact with us right away so that we can get to the bottom of this because we have been in business since 2007 and we have never heard of anything like this happening. If in any way, we are at fault we will immediately refund money back to you.
