  The lady who helped me open an account was wonderful. Indoor 24 hr ATMs are well lit and secure.

  Went into the Covington location to open up a new checking and savings accounts. Got sat down with Cristal Lopez. Couldn't have been any more happy with her customer service! She made me feel like a friend rather than just a customer.

  Be aware, while this is advertised as a bank location, it is in fact basically a large ATM, even during business hours. Electronic service only.

  This is a bank that doesn't accept cash. What bank doesn't accept cash?

  Hi Nonya, Thank you for your review. The primary function of our branches is to create new accounts and consumer loans as well as to troubleshoot various issues. Employees at these locations also promote BECU's remote services, such as Online Banking, Automated Services (phone banking), ATM cards, and so on. Branch representatives do not have cash drawers but can do many basic monetary transactions that don't require dispensing or receiving cash. Our ATM's do accept cash deposits. Our locations in Everett and in Tukwila do have tellers.
