  Had a great experience with Guidance. Process was very easy and their online portal was very helpful. Br. Abdisa Tufa was the account executive working with me during the whole process. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. His advice along the way was crucial for me to understand the process and helped my decision making a lot! Highly recommended!

  I had a fantastic experience working with Adam to refinance our home in Seattle. I had known about Guidance for many years as a viable Islamic alternative mortgage, but I was not aware that re-fi was an option as well. When I learned on the website that it was possible, I reached out as my intention was to try to move off of our traditional mortgage. Adam was highly responsive and helped us every step of the way through the process. My wife and I were extremely happy with how things went, and so we decided to use Guidance again for our new home that we just purchased.

  Guidance Residential LLC and its representative Mr. Abdisa Tufa was really awesome and helped us all the way. For us after a long search for a Halal way to purchase a house, Guidance met that. Alhumdulillah. Specially I would like to thank Mr. Abdisa Tufa. From the point I was starting to think of lending from Guidance to the time we closed Mr. Abdisa Tufa helped me and our family in the entire journey. He provided good guidance as to the expectation with Guidance which started almost a year and half earlier before we finally decided to lend from Guidance. In the process he helped create the primary approval, once you provide the initial set of details. Later for other steps, which Guidance's portal makes very easy, our questions, documents regarding guidance's approach and legal documents were shared by brother Abdisa. Overtime in the lending process any questions, confusions, anxiety, Mr. Abdisa Tufa helped us. We pray to Allah for his continuous guidance, health and success in this world and the next. To add bit about Guidance's process. With Guidance the buyer does form an LLC which serves as the basis for the co-ownership process. The co-ownership process serves both parties responsibilities, liabilities as well as their stake and well being. Unlike regular bank the expectation is that the LLC will serve to protect either parties rights as is laid out.

  My experience with Guidance residential was great from pre-qualification all the way to closing. Abdisa Mustefa was our loan agent at Guidance. He kept us well aware of all the processes, responded promply and breifly to our questions and concerns. He made the process move so fast that we were able to close before our initially decided closing date. Also, he suggested me to lock profit rate at a very good time before it spiked and explained to me briefly what he thinks about profit rate spike in future. Our initial motivation for using Guidance was because of Halal Islamic financing, now I will confident using Guidance in future. Highly recommended both Guidance Residential and Abdisa Mustefa.
