Christine Pearson3It was busy enough that they should have had at least two tellers. We don't bank with them, but needed to cash a check coming from their bank. It cost $7! A little steep to cash their own check.

Cole Casarez4I can't and won't say much on US Bank themselves, but I will give a BIG thank you to Caitlin S, the Social Media Ambassador of US Bank (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐). She was extremely helpful, very kind, validated and actually addressed our concerns, and went out of her way to look for solutions to get my wife's money back. Thank you very much, Caitlin. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

Lacey Beck1I just waited in line for 35 minutes to make a deposit. There was at a time 16 people in line. I watched as the branch manager sat at her desk and put together packets or some sort of busy work. She obviously doesn’t care about her customers. My experience at other US Banks has been pleasant. This is horrendous

Nancy Harshman1The worst bank by far that I have ever delt with. I started my mortgage refinance in December. It is still not complete in April. I had a young man begin my refinace and it was a CLUSTER from the beginning. Absolutely no organization or communication. I have called the bank many times through this process and nobody knows whats going on. I will get my mortgage paid off and never use this bank again.

Holly Smith1Long wait time in lobby and no consideration for customers time. Once I got up to the teller the guy complained about his job. Other times stood there and watched the tellers have long conversations with the customers they are helping. Never had a good experience here. Will go to other locations in the future and aboid this one at all costs.

Bill Billerson5Most of the tellers are attractive. Some old grandma was there complaining about something once, but that doesn't happen much. They take my paper and deposit it. Not all smarmy like the credit union types. Recommended.

selwyn rodejo1poor customer service! There wasnt a lot of people in but the guy that was supposed to help wotj new accounts choose to help the teller instead! He saw that i was waiting but he helped 3 more before me! he obviously didnt care!

Chase Short5Valjean short and Rachel chobot are the best employees that work here. They should definitely get a raise and solid high five for there outstanding work. Definitely would recommend banking here!

Samuel Milne1Wish I could give it zero stars. If I was as bad at my job as these people are I would have been fired long ago. I’m sure some anonymous representative of the branch will reply to this review with some fake apology but that will do nothing to fix the total incompetence of the employees at this branch and their lack of respect for my time or money. THUMBS DOWN 👎
