  In December of 2020 I sent out an email to about 10 lenders in the vicinity and Nikki was the only person who reached out and answered my questions. My husband and I had a different situation (self employed/commission based income) which in theory would make the process a lot more complicated. Nikki kept in contact with me as I tightened up things on my end. Fast forward to September 2021, we began the process of pre-approval. She was very thorough, explained everything to me and gave me the opportunity to think things through. We found a house that we liked in the first week of December and had a crazy goal to close before December 31st. Thanks to Nikki, her underwriter and the entire Guaranty team - we were able to close on December 30! I highly recommend their services.

  This company and the people that work there are some of the best mortgage professionals I've ever worked with. They are truly amazing!
