  Ben Vaughan State Farm has been great to conduct my insurance business with . Not only is Ben accessible, he is knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. He assisted me with lowering rates for my home, auto, and business policies, all while taking time to explain and be sure I had the coverage I wanted and needed. He didn’t try to oversell me on products, only assisted me in understanding. I highly recommend Ben.

  A simple request to add a vehicle to my policy has taken days! Its still no handled . No reasonable explanation as to why this has not been handled properly has ben given. I am usually one to be patient. But this simple task taking anymore than a few mins or maybe an hour to take care of is absolutely unacceptable. They stop answering the phone at 3Pm and emails are left un responded to. I have had my home and cars insured with this office for 5 years. That is going to change I assure you.

  From our first meeting Ben has been so helpful. He was able to not only lower my rates from my previous carrier, but explain to me what coverage I needed and why. I started with some personal insurance for myself and my wife and now Ben handles all of that and my Business insurance needs as well.   Ben is always extremely responsive and helpful. Handles all of my insurance needs, and provides clear answers for any of my questions. Saved us hundreds of dollars when we switch our cars and homeowners over to him. Would recommend to anyone.

  Fantastic agent. I’ve had him for years. Always responsive and accurate in his actions on my behalf. I have approx 7 vehicles through him including my house and some agriculture equipment. Couldn’t imagine going elsewhere.

  Been with State Farm 4 years. And with this location for 2 years. Good: Initial conversations & Face to Face are very nice. Bad(why 3 stars): 1. initial set up got our name and car and rate wrong. (No problem, we are all human) and they have good attitudes about it. 2. Defensive discount expired, we retook and send the certification. They said the different will be pro rated next bill but it didn't. 3. Find rates on many other website that is at least 50% cheaper. Emailed them and they said there's nothing they can do ( understandable ). So we switched. Canceled the cars and there was extra payments. Same for home insurance. Called to have it canceled days before the monthly payment date. but still see charge. 4. When called ask to cancelled rental policy. Agent asked me to sign paper works. So i asked if that required for any cancellations. Before i even finished I got yelled at ( or educated with a very angry voice ). I didn't sign anything when cancelling car policy so i wanted to double check if i needed to sign anything for that. There's no need for yelling. we all have our own thing going on. That's not professional. Overall, there were many small offs here and there. my husband has to visit 5 times at the beginning to have things right. And the last phone call maybe they have a hard day.

  My friends Doyle and Trish told me I should see Ben for my insurance needs. Ben made it so easy to switch my insurance over to State Farm. He even saved me over $2000 on my car loan, I didn't even know State Farm did loans.
