  All the signs around the building say 9am-1pm for Saturday. We got there at 12:03pm to make a payment. Doors were locked. We drove around to the window, 5-6 employees were inside and we managed to get someone’s attention and they yelled at us to leave. Strange and unprofessional.

  Always takes forever to even make a cash deposit. Also, they will place holds on your deposits for up to 11 days on business checks from well known corporations.

  Customer Service was professional as they have to be but it's been my experience that SunTrust is 1 of the worst banks there is. I used to bank with them a few years back and I had to get a Lawyer involved so that they would credit back money for which they were totally in the wrong. Now this location, I went there out of my way in order to go cash a check that my father wrote to me. Well I'm a paraplegic and I had to get my wheelchair out, with recent injuries to my shoulders, and went inside only to find out that they would not honor their own checks. They wanted to charge me for cashing their own check even though it was from father to son with my fathers account in good standing. Please don't bank here. They're a blood sucking, flesh devouring, just out right deplorable bank.

  Pulled in to drive thru. Sent container in. No response from anyone. Wait 5 minutes and press call button. Teller waited 1 minute came on and acted if I bothered her. Still waiting here now. Been here 10 minutes now. Car that came after me has made a withdrawal and left. Crazy

  Very slow! Literally waited 25 minutes for a simple withdrawal. Several cars came and left before we could get our transaction done.

  Branch manager was great. I was helped within few mins. She was very considerate and made my visit pleasant. She made every attempt to help me in my stressful situation. Knowledgeable and professional!!!

  Refused my services because I would not wear a mask. Then the employee pulled down her mask and told me my truck would fit through the small bay. Which it would not fit through.

  This branch is staffed by wonderful folks. I've been with Suntrust for over 20 years. They have been wonderful and very helpful to me. I own two businesses and have received terrific service over the years. A++++++

  My pet peeve with Suntrust is when you go to the drive thru and after your transaction they ask you all kinds of questions about savings, having someone call you, etc..I went through the drive thru, BECAUSE it is quick..I like to do my banking business and leave--cause I'm in a hurry.. if I want other banking business I shouldn't talk about it at the drive thru..Doesn't anyone else find this totally annoying..

  I have banked here for 10 years and never had a problem. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
