  I cannot say enough great things about working with Inwood bank. Rick Carroll has always been great. He Has given me some amazing rates not only my home but also on my commercial loans. I would also have to give a special shout out to all the ladies at the Rockwall branch, especially Jamie who is super helpful and professional in the drive-through. Jamie has always gone above and beyond and out of her way to help with any issues that I have encountered.

  Have been banking here for 7 years and can call Jamie any time for anything and she is always professional, gets us everything we need super fast, and even reaches out from time to time if we forget to order checks. Glad to see Heather at this branch now too, we bank with the Commerce branch as well and she is always super fast and very friendly! Great squad at this location!

  Inwood has completely changed our family’s perception of banking. All of the leadership and staff at Inwood are personable, professional, and truly go above and beyond for their customers. Our family was recently a victim of wire fraud and were very close to losing a substantial amount of money. Jamie and Inwood’s fraud department were able to jump to our rescue and get us our money refunded from the other bank— an EXTREMELY hard and rare result to achieve. We plan on calling both Rockwall and Inwood home for many, many years.

  I been banking here for years. Even though everyone is very sweet and professional Jamie is my number one go to lady. She helps with all my needs she is very professional and and responds in a Adequate amount of time she is truly amazing. If y’all need any help please go see her.

  Poor customer service. All I did was call to try to get my check fixed and the lady that I talked to said that everything was my fault and that they've had issues with me all the time and I've never complained I've haven't had any problem until today. I've always just been able to pull up deposit my check and leave that's been it

  MAN!! This place is too good to me. Everyone is very friendly particularly a sweet girl named Jess. She always has a smile and looks real pretty. Her boyfriend is a lucky man! Thank you Jessica!

  It's so nice to be recognized and greeted by name, which is not true at many banks anymore. My father was a small town banker who had this personal touch and it's great to see it here in what has become a much larger town!

  Inwood Rockwall is like Cheers....without the booze. Everyone knows your name. Sonya helped me wire funds to a commercial truck dealership for a company truck that was a spur of the moment deal. I was at the dealership and they had 30min before the finance dept. was about to close and she pulled it off. The dealership was super impressed and told me that never happens!
