      My experience at this location has been nothing short of superb. I banked with Regions many years ago in Louisiana and I was pleased to see this bank still providing excellent customer service to their customers. Erica has gone above and beyond in helping me setup 3 new accounts. She is very thorough in getting things completed and as quickly as possible. In today's world, it's rare to have someone to speak with in person that genuinely cares about getting you the best product they can offer.

      I hate that I have to drive 30 minutes to get here. But the drive is well worth. I love Erica and the rest of the workers. I needed something done very quickly and Erica made sure it was done with no problem very quick.

      This branch has terrible customer service. I called this morning because I was locked out of my online banking. The employee who answered the phone didn’t say her name and was extremely rude. She said the only way to unlock my account was to come physically into a branch. I couldn’t call and I couldn’t go through the drive thru. She sounded annoyed to even be on the phone with me and made it very clear she didn’t want to help me at all. I tried explaining to her that due to my work schedule it is extremely difficult for me to come in. She interrupted me several times and told me that was my only option. I hung up on her and called the Garland location. The Garland location was very polite and gave me a 800 number to call so my account could be unlocked without me having to physically go into a branch. Something the Rockwall location employee refused to do. I am a new customer and this was my only interaction with this branch. If today’s experience happens again I will be rethinking having an account with this bank. There are so many banks out there wanting clients there is no reason to put up with hateful, unhelpful people at this bank.

      Worse banking experience ever. I received an invitation to open new account and receive $400 once certain conditions met. I met all conditions and no money. Had to call and call and call to finally get it. Next had check deposit out on hold for 10 days. Plus they charge fees. Went to close account and met with rudeness and told it would be $25 to close my account. I will share this every place I can to make sure people know how horrible this bank is.

      Ask for a print out of banking history for 2 years sent via email to purchase a home. Stated that you can go online and get it from online banking on the app. I think what I asked completely went over her head. After this purchase, I'll be switching banks. Smh

      I'm not really giving the bank 4 stars, but I wanted to thank Manager Erica Elizondo for really helping me out. I can't speak for everyone else at this location and I can't speak for the customer service that Regions Bank offers in general, but Erica truly cares for her customers. The hardest part was getting in contact with an actual human because of the tumultuous automated phone system.

      Why are they even taking up space at this point. The women are LAZY. The spot is never open nor do they open on time. The ATM is always out of order they close at 4pm doesn't give us people who work a 9 to 5 time to even get off and make a deposit.. This location should be closed down. . Or get new management. The next regions location is in garland Texas which is 40 minutes from me.. So crazy...

      Terrible service. At drive through for 14 minutes to just deposit checks. Poor customer service. Worse Regions Bank we have ever dealt with. It is this way on every visit. Visited with someone inside very nice but keep apologizing and noted she knew. Please fix before we change banks.

      This Bank and it's customer service is the most unprofessional financial institution I have ever done business with. They offer no resolution in regards to banking errors and unauthorized transactions. They pass you on to their 800 number who passes you back to the branch who then does nothing and their is no branch manager at this location. Ericka who is filling in has no clue what she is doing and her manager Kevin Ko just likes to hear himself talk. First saying that they take care of their customers and that this issue should have been resolved the first time I went into the branch, and ending with Hmmmm nothing. Zero resolution, zero customer service!
