  I would give 6 stars if I could! Not only is Matt super knowledgeable, he is super responsive and he follow up is superb. I am hard to impress as I live inside a world that requires crazy fast follow up. He has helped us with both a mortgage and a refi. Our refi was done right when the pandemic was still fresh. He did all of the leg work for us, gave us our options, and sent someone to our home to sign the paperwork. Boom done. I don't know why anyone would want to walk into a big corporate bank or get sucked into something else. Just call Matt! He will treat ya right ;-)
