  I'm soo happy I started banking here! The friendliest and most knowledgeable staff, who really care. They have all your banking and finance needs taken care of. Mrs. Holding helped me, I have to say she is by far the best person I have ever worked with at any bank. She answered all my questions and helped me get everything set up from start to finish. She went above and beyond! I haven't had any issues since I started banking here. Very happy I am with Financial Plus!!!

  It was a wonderful and smooth experience to open an account here. Arely did a fantastic job introducing me into my debit account. She was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I cannot recommend her enough, and she is bilingual!

  Always friendly and took the time to know how our business runs and cashflow. It makes me feel special every time I walk in and they know who I am and they just make everything so easy for us. I actually missed seeing them when you were closed for co-vid but now with the amazing new drive thru we can see each other and communicate..it is just so nice. We love our bank and all who work there!!!

  Had a past bankruptcy , looking for an auto loan . No problem getting approved at a really good rate . I was so happy with my experience I helped a family member get there first car loan here , another happy customer. Will be doing business here for a long time .

  Good to know I'm not the only one with problems with their loan officers... no communication from them whatsoever; we had to hound them for answers. This place refused to work with us during our time of need of a personal loan and denied us the help. Very clear to see that they are not interested in helping those in need.

  They do not work with their customers regarding loan payments. No courtesy calls are made in the interst of the customer, only for their interests. Local credit union not working with locals...Bad policies in place. The tellers, on the other hand, are excellent to work with.

  Nice friendly place for basic transactions. However, if you have to deal with the "work from home" people through email they are mostly lazy and unprofessional. Good luck getting a response.

  Tellers are Rude just unbelievable how Rude and disrespectful they are to costumers, almost just as bad as dealing with Professional Property Management and there isn't a reason for it, we the costumer coming into the bank doing our banking shouldn't be treated as such other credit union's are much nicer it's just Morris credit union I have noticed

  Had a bankruptcy 6 years ago haven't missed a payment since and inform them before I put in a loan application ! Then they turn me down for having to much debt to ratio and having a bankruptcy !!!! Not all what they said they were about on 103.1 fm !!!! And thank you for the hard unnecessary inquiry on my credit !!!

  My brother and i decided to open accounts, they were nice, but put the wrong b-day for me and wrong ss number for my brother, i wouldnt have known if i verify it. That is a major problem, make sure to review your paperwork.
