  It was a pleasure working with Kathy and the other ladies in the office. Buying a house can be so stressful but North Georgia Lending treated us so well.   I am so lucky that I was referred to Kathy. I had to switch lenders halfway through the process. It it was not for her and her team I would not have been able to close on my perfect home! It only took 15 days from the time I applied till I closed. AMAZING! My previous lender was impossible to get on the phone and would always act like I was a bother when I would call for questions.   my husband and i were first time home buyers and were VERY nervous, but NGL's staff was very patient and explained everything so well. we went with a USDA loan and Kathy was very responsive with any questions we had and broke down all the fees and prices for rates and all. i would highly recommend this company for anyone buying their first home, or anyone buying a new home in general :) we were very pleased!!!

  Margaret really knows her stuff! She's knowledgeable, experienced and all around great at what she does. We were first time homebuyers and were anxious throughout the entire process since we had no idea what to expect.
