  Scott was fantastic! He was responsive, realistic (regarding timelines and how long things take, what was possible with our budgets, etc.), and overall kind. If you're anything like us when you're buying a house, you have a lot of questions. And no matter how silly a question felt, Scott answered it. He never pushed back. He offered suggestions but was never ever ever pushy. Overall, he was supportive. He was a great resource and knew exactly how to navigate the process. He would even answer us when he was doing things to make sure we felt cared about. His team was awesome too and so organized! No fluff, no blowing smoke, just great service from a great guy. Would absolutely recommend Scott and his team to a first-time homebuyer. We're already looking forward to when we can refinance our home with Scott! That's how you know it's great service - when people are ready to come back even before they need to.

  This was the easiest and most pain free loan process I’ve ever been through. All of the documents that we had to round up were easily uploaded with my phone through an easy to use app for USA mortgage. Tim was fantastic throughout the process. He kept me up to date on the status of everything and let me know in advance what hoops needed to be jumped through and what to expect. I highly recommend Tim Sullivan! He gets it done!
