The Final Disclosure was completed in time for me to review prior to closing, and everything went smooth with the purchase of our new home.   Working with Todd and his Team at Foundry Mortgage was a great experience. We have done three mortgage / refinance deals over the past 20 years and each time the process has gone very smooth. Todd gets very competitive rate and gives sound advise. He is not looking to just sell you a deal but wants to find the right deal for you. I would highly recommend Todd.

  Todd and his team not only did an excellent job, but they took extra time and care in finding what was the best option for me in a broad financial aspect. He structured my refinance to allow me to pay less a month on my mortgage and allow me to get a large portion of money back to be able to pay off other debts I have accrued. I can honestly say if you don't use their services, you are settling for second best.
