  Guarantee Mortgage Company is the only company you need to call! We are speaking from experience! Troy got us the lowest rate and the best terms. He was extremely courteous and returned phone calls promptly. Took his time explaining/answering questions and got us to the closing table sooner than all of the competitors. We will definitely use again in the future and highly recommend! It was such a smooth and easy process!
