  Great customer service. I spoke to Manny not only did he help me with my debit card issues but he went above and beyond suggesting alot of diff ways to prevent my issues from happening again. I've been a member off and on for almost 30 years. And am always giving fast and great customer service. Thx again Manny and the team.

  Jeremy was wonderful he took care of everything for me he was so nice he stayed on the phone while I went online banking to do what I had to do I was in a better mood when I hung up the phone than i was when I called you guys Jeremy keep up the good work you are appreciated

  Called in to set maturity instructions for a CD that was about to mature and spoke with Gene(?) who professionally, efficiently and quickly took care of the issue and explained clearly what would happen when my CD matured

  It’s not GTE as a Credit Union that I’m impressed with at all. I would like to take time out to commend the integrity that Chad Smith has for GTE. He’s awesome! He’s knowledgeable, dependable and he needs a raise because he’s DEFINITELY an asset to your Company. I don’t have much money there but EVERY TIME that I have a problem and leave him a message I get an immediate response. One other Representative helped me and said to reach out if I needed help. I called that person two times without any response but when I called Chad he called me back right away. Chad’s work ethic is truly appreciated, thanks Chad!
