J Cree5I have been banking with BMO for over 20 years and have continuously received excellent service. I wish there was a branch closer to my home but I am able to use on line banking and the staff at the Tampa branch has gone above and beyond to assist me.

Casperi , CEO BMO Harris ....I don't like my issue with BMO HARRIS go to Social Media but I don't have any other option to recover my money ....I close my checking account with BMO over the phone 05/27/2022 , and the banker promise me that I will receive my funds within 5 business days , until today I did not receive my money and I have expenses to cover . I called BMO to see if I can solve this issue and spend several hours trying to talk to a banker (they disconnect my call several times ) , finally I spoke with a banker and a manager and they recommend me either drive 3 hours to the nearest branch or wait minimum 30 days to see if I can receive my funds that I need to pay my bills .

Scott Cunnyngham1Update, so BMO Harris replied quickly to my negative review and asked me to submit my issues via email which I did immediately. 5 days later and they still haven't responded. So far I'm in the camp as all of the other negative reviews. While trying to open an online account I kept getting hit with an "address, city and zipcode do not match". This was coming from their website's auto population of my address. I finally figured out how to work around that and got the account opened. After setting up online banking I successfully linked an external account to transfer funds to fund the account. After not being able to then transfer funds I was told that feature was only available with additional upgraded account features, at a cost. So I then proceeded to use the mobile app to make a funding deposit only to be told that "You do not have access to this feature or you do not have the appropriate accounts". So yesterday I called into support and after being on the phone for over 30 minutes I was asked by the support person to verify my identity using a text they supposedly sent which never arrived. I suggested a work around of having them just call me back at the number of record and that was fine. I asked the support agent if the call would be immediate and he assured me it would be. 24 hours later and still have not heard back, meanwhile I'm 3 days into a new account and cannot fund it. That begs the question about why not just go to the branch and the answer is the closest branch is 30 miles away in heavy traffic. I've probably wasted much time in opening an account that cannot be used.

Cheri Cowans5I absolutely love my bank. Everyone there is so friendly and knows me by name. They all go out of their way to fix any problem that I have and to take care of me as a customer. No other bank has ever treated me like family.

Aaron2We bought a car from Lexus and it's finances through BMO Harris. We've been trying to setup online bill-pay but for some reason it won't allow us to make a payment. Getting ahold of someone to get it resolved has been a less-than easy. The website and it's bill-paying feature are not user friendly at all. I'm not sure who designed the website but it might be one of the worst I've ever used.

Theresa Scott1BMO Harris is the absolute worst bank I have ever done business with. Their systems are awful - online banking functions are not well integrated, they are very quick to charge fees when things go awry (which they always do), and the manager of the Tampa branch, Ricardo, completely lacks moral integrity as a human being. Stay away from BMO!!!!

Corey Henderson1Closed but you can't tell until after you go through the process of parking in the garage. Also you said the Bloomingdale branch is open, that is only partially try as it is only the drive through. Some of the other branches have on there listing that only the drive through is open. At least that provides some information so people don't waste trips.
