  This was the most memorable experience I have ever had. I entered for a simple transaction that I thought would resolve my situation. I was greeted by the most kindest and professional staff. They took time to assist in my transaction, and when they heard my situation, they went above and beyond to offer a better alternative solution. They even stayed after hours. I felt welcomed and they really knew their stuff. I look forward to my next visit. 😊

  I came in to get a Cashier's Check only. Lane Woodzell at the Lakewood Ranch Office advised me on a Wire Transfer that was really affordable . While waiting he advised me on the different Benefits that GTE had to Offer. Was approved for a New Credit Card and he helped me Open a Business Account. Really appreciated coming by GTE today, I am leaving Today with a Big Smile and I will be referring GTE to Friends and Family

  Ava did an amazing job. I usually hate going to the bank for any reason. Today Ava changed our whole perspective. She was very professional, made sure all of our needs were met before we left and helped us through all of our steps in opening new accounts, withdrawals, and transfers. It’s employees like Ava that really do make businesses thrive.

  I was especially Impressed with Lane at the LWR branch. He helped me sort through some financial issues and suggested a refi on my car loan. It was so easy. I will go to GTE for any future loans or financial business. Lane was very helpful and kept me informed on all the things needed from start to finish. Thank you for your time and courtesy. I felt like a person not just a “customer”.
