  I have been banking at this branch for a few years now. All of the staff are great to deal with, very helpful, friendly, personable and know you by name. Not at all stuffy and interpersonal like most banks out there. I won't bank anywhere else but here!

  This is the greatest credit union. Everyone is always so personable and helpful espically Brittany Polisena. She is my personal banker and the best out there.

  Banking at this branch of Grow has always been a great experience. The people at this particular branch, especially Kimberly, are exceptional, professional and courteous. I’ve moved so I can no longer bank here but have always received great service.

  The staff really helped me with the ppp loan. It was a small amount but very much needed. They kept in touch with me every step of the way.! Go Grow!! I have been a member of the Spring Hill branch for almost ten years and they really are a great group of people. I can be pritty intense at times and they are always kind and helpful. They know me by name and I like that! Thanks again!

  Never again will i get another loan from this bank bad rates and poor customer service. No one seems to care about everyday issues. Glad i pulled money and went elsewhere.

  The personnel is very nice, no issues there. The problem I had is that they offered me a rate of about 3.82 % to refi my vehicle; I went back a second time to make sure their rate was better than the one offered by BofA, which they confirmed. When I rejected BofA offer and returned to them I was surprised that they qualified my for a higher rate of 4.39%. They only disclosed at that point that the lower rate was for vehicles with much less miles than what my vehicle had. I found that deceiving, but I was in need to close the refi to qualify for a mortgage loan, so I had to proceed. Lesson here beware with the fine print, and ASK more than two times.

  My husband and I have been members for a long time and Grow is wonderful. They have the best employees who are very nice and helpful!
