  Phenomenal Customer Service!! I called the main call center and spoke to Maggie who offered to go above and beyond her job and she was extremely sweet. She offered to and reached out to my local branch so they knew I was coming and I knew who to speak to, who was aware of my situation. She was amazing!!! A great big thank you to Maggie!!

  Waited an hour on the phone to ask if the credit Union had a notary. Was told yes that they would be happy to help me, drove 30 minutes to the bank to get told they do not do deeds and other court paper. Why do they even both, what a complete joke I do not recommend this credit union or this location. 😐

  Overall this is a pretty good credit union. Most of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Occasionally ATM can be down and they don't have Saturday hours.
