  Went in ,without an appointment. We're greeted as we walked in with a smile . Which made you feel like they cared about your business. They took Down the information they needed to address us properly. Then told us there was coffee ,tea , hot chocolate and water to help our selves to what ever we would like and then take a seat and someone would be right over . And they were. We opened a savings account, money market and are opening a Roth as well so far we are very , very satisfied with the personal attention and of course the excellent interest rates that this credit union offers. I highly recommend this bank . They even give you free checks . .

  Very attentive staff that truly cares about my business. I moved the Grow Financial because of the terrible service I received from several national banks. They made it so hard for a small business person to bank. Grow is completely different and the wonderful staff always greets me by name and with a smile.

  I have my mortgage, business account, personal account and two vehicles with this bank. They have the best interest rates and free checking for both personal and business. I couldn't think of any other credit union that could help manage your money than Grow Financial.

  I've been a Grow customer since I was 12 years old, back when they were MacDill FCU. Great rates on loans, interest earned on accounts is pretty good, and I can't remember the last time I was charged a fee outside of wire transfers. This particular location is quite nice and convenient to residents of LWR. I've never seen a line, and the virtual teller in the drive thru is nice too.
