  Please read this all the way to the end! I received a cold call from the agent's office. The young man that set the appointment with me failed to put the appointment on the agent's calendar. So, when I showed up to a virtual appointment and the agent was not there after 15 minutes, I was not happy. It was an early appointment on a Saturday. I emailed the agent and left a voicemail letting him know I was not happy about him not showing up. He immediately called me back, was very apologetic, and explained to me what happened. He asked for another chance. I do believe in second chances. Gregg is very nice and has a great personality. He is very understanding and he made me feel at ease. He truly save me a ton on my auto and renters insurance. The support staff, Maddie and Mindy, are absolutely wonderful. Whenever I call, they make me feel like I am talking to my friends I haven't spoken to in a while. You can actually feel the smiles they have on their faces. I am so appreciative of my State Farm agent and his support team.

  I was a little nervous about getting a new agent after my previous retired. I walked into Greg’s office to ge greeted by himself and his sweet little doggie. Scooped up the pup and sat down to join Greg for a new client consultation. My husband and I have developed quite a bit more assets, so we needed to add more coverage. I was pleasantly surprised! Greg told me exactly what we needed with affordable rates! My mind is really at ease with him as my agent. I know he is on our side and wants to protect his clients. I would highly recommend him!

  I have been with State Farm since I was 16 years old! I have told all of my friends and family about how nice, friendly and out going Mindy and Greg are! I had my Mom, Husband, Sister, Aunt, Uncle and when my son became of age to drive to go with State Farm! Mindy is Outstanding and goes way above to help me with ALL of my insurance plans, bills and problems!

  Gregg was an incredible agent to work with. Not only was he timely, but he was able to walk me through all steps without any hassle. He was super easy to get in touch with and if I had any problems, I know he could get them solved quickly. Would definitely recommend him for any insurance needs.

  Jazmyn is a real sweetheart! And very professional! Helped transfer my son's insurance from Texas. Sure glad I went with this team when I moved here a year ago. Also from Texas! We used to be with Amica. State Farm has great service too! 👍
