  My wife an I are using Greenstate for our mortgage to purchase our home. I have to say the customer care is top notch. Very friendly, welcoming, just totally make you feel comfortable. From our first interaction with Chris, to Stephanie, an opening accounts with Brenda. Very impressed with everything. Most likely going to be switching all our accounts to GT.   Greg was amazing and my wife and I had the best experience with him today. He not only got us the loan we wanted but he also managed to move our current car loan over to the bank and saved us a ton of money and added some coverage we did not have and set our minds at ease on some issues we had with our previous lender. I personally hate going to the bank but this experience has changed my mind and I do not dread going to the bank any longer. You cannot go wrong with Green State and for sure ask for Greg or the amazing branch manager Lisa when you go in. Everyone is great.

  I went in to simply open a new free checking account, and I left with my car payment cut almost in half and a rewards account thanks to Brenda Garcia! Amazing experience

  Best Credit Union ever in getting auto loans! Greg H. is the best in the business. I can't believe how quick and seamless he made the process and the rates are amazing. Go to Green State and ask for Greg. You'll be glad you did!!

  Best most personable place I’ve been too. Everything was so easy! I was able to open my account & move my auto loan over ( at a lower rate ) within 45min!! They have helped me grow in my Financial world!

  Worst customer service I have ever received!!! Very disappointed with trying to buy a car from , she had a bad attitude never got back to me , go to another bank , don’t do buisness with these sharks, I’m paying off next month all my Fianance s. With these disrespect , think there better than me attitude!!!

  I hate that my auto loan is through this bank, 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’ve called first thing in the morning and I’m put on hold already as if they really get busy as soon as the open until they close? It’s like impossible to get a hold of anyone that works here. Been on hold 7 minutes now. 14 minutes now on hold…. I’m hanging up now 🤦🏽‍♀️
