KING OF COMBAT 50-03Took my car to the body shop and they replaced my passenger side wheel well , but I noticed they put in the rubber piece that my window slides in and out of upside down so I had to bring back. Which they fixed quickly.then I noticed front bumper by the wheel well falling down so I had to bring back again which they say they will fix. So the employees are taking responsibility but it's obvious they have no one checking for quality. If you take parts off a car you should know how to put them back on without the customer bringing the level of quality in question

Vauxite5I have little experience purchasing vehicles and not that much money. But Tim Rome worked with me in finding an affordable, reliable car that I won't go under for having. I was nervous going in, the last car I had was 17 years old and was a driving death trap. I had been struggling with whether or not I purchased a car, let alone a nice 2016 Ford Focus. Tim helped I think more than he knows. He was personable with me and found a perfect match that suits my needs for travel and safety. Definitely will buy another car from Tim.

Richard McInnis5I have a 2010 Ford F150. I have been consistently getting oil changes and service from Lindquist. They have repaired a transmission leak and a few other minor issues out of warranty and a few issues when it was still under warranty. They have always done a good job. Always very courteous and on time. I highly recommend them

Susan Corcoran5Our first time visiting this dealership and Loved what they Did! Took it in for an oil change and got my Explorer washed, vacuumed and tires rotated! Great Service Dept. We will be going back there with our oil changes. Bought our new 2015 Explorer from Finnin Ford in Dubuque but plan to have Lindquist Ford do any service needed. It was a great experience to finally find a Ford dealership in the Quad Cities who really was eager to get our business and to work with us so professionally.

Dominic Klostermann1Extremely expensive! Overcharge people! Rip off!!! Takes forever and very rude! Called there to find out how much for a diesel oil change. Service guy had to call parts and see how much everything was. Called me back and quoted with parts, oil, labor and everything before tax $116. Then transferred me to scheduling. They found a time slot that would work and I made an appointment for 3:30pm. I got there at 3:10pm and even declined the free wash and vacuum as I was in a little hurry. 5:05 they come to me and say that my truck was done and here is the bill. It was close to $180.00 I said im not paying this. This is wrong. I got the quote and the voice recording from the service guy. So they got this service lady to cone over and ok it. She said next time you get an oil change tell us that you were quoted before doing it. I was like so you have a habit of overcharging people all of the time...she says well no but and im like no it doesnt matter. Shoyld be same price no matter what and i turned around paid and left. It was 5:25 by the time i got out of there. Nearly 2 hrs for and oil change is ridiculous!!! They have ripped off so many i bet!

Jenny Knack5Being an owner of a 2005 Honda Pilot, I knew my next vehicle would always be a newer Pilot. When I saw a post on Facebook for a 2016 Honda Pilot, I knew it was a sign. I messaged KJ about the Pilot. He instantly responded back to me. I made an appointment for the next evening after work. When I arrived at Linquist Ford, I was greeted by a very eager and slightly nervous young man. I instantly knew the moment I looked at the vehicle that it had to be mine!!! KJ made it easy for me to make a deal along with Javier. Javier stayed close by to make certain I had all of my questions answered. He was an excellent mentor for KJ with this being his first sale. I would highly recommend Linquist Ford to anyone I know. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My most recent experience with Linquist was a few weeks ago. My vehicle was picked up from my place of business and delivered back to me in a timely fashion. I have never experienced service like this. It took the stress off of me having to get my vehicle to the dealership all while missing work. Thank you to both KJ and Javier for your professionalism and kindness.

Mindy Fox2ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED HORRIBLY!!!!! I bought a used car with a warranty from Lindquist in November 2011. In January it started having problems. It was jerking and it had stalled at a stop light, I took it in right away. I should mention I'm a single mom and this is definitely how I was treated, like a dumb single mom. I picked up my car and they told me they put new brakes and rotars on the car and new windshield wipers. They informed me sometimes bad rotars can make your car stall. February - my car is still having problems so I take it back in and ask if they can keep it for awhile until they figure out what is going on, the service manager tells me they can't do that and I should come get it and take it to a Chrysler dealership. I went and picked it up and nothing was done to it. April - I was driving down the road and the entire car started flashing different stuff at me on the dashboard so I called the service manager right away, they came and got it and again they couldn't find anything wrong so I was told to pick it up. At this time I had talked to the GM and he assured me that they would fix the car if things kept happening or get me into a better reliable car. September - went to pick up kids from school the car wouldn't start at all. I had it towed in on a Friday and took Monday off of work so I could go in and try to get into a different car. I did not want to be a single mom stuck with an unreliable car that I still had 5 years to pay on. Nobody at Lindquist was very nice to me. They told me it was my fault my car was acting up because I was suppose to put different gas in it during the winter then the hot summer months. I talked to the GM and asked if they would help me trade to another car and he said at this time he didn't see any reason for that. I found a more expensive vehicle on there lot and begged that they let me trade my jeep in and my payment monthly could be more I didn't care. They would not help me at all. My family has bought every care they have ever owned from Lindquist and after the way they watched me be treated they will NEVER buy another car from them again.
