  This is the second time we worked with Greg Curran of Summit Home Mortgage. Both times, Greg helped get deals closed when other lenders couldn’t. Specifically, when we purchased the first home in 2020, we wanted to write an attractive and competitive offer. Greg was able to help us obtain a non-contingent pre-approval letter that allowed us to close on the new home without having our prior home sold first. Then in 2021 we built our dream home and Greg was instrumental in making that happen as well. When other banks were being unreasonable, only offering half of the end-loan financing we needed for the project, Greg reached into his tool bag and found us a great mortgage that fulfilled all of our financing needs and at a rate under 3%!! All around, Greg is great to work with. He’s knowledgeable, respectful, and accessible. He is honest and accountable. Everything he said he would do, he did. Just an overall great experience. We have already recommended him to family and will continue to point all of our friends and family to him as we know they will be in great hands, getting personalized services on the best products in the industry. Keep up the phenomenal work Greg!!

  Greg Curran is your man. He's incredibly helpful and takes the time to educate you and seek out the best loan options for your circumstances. I was looking for a 203K FHA loan and even though these require much more work for the lender than a conventional loan, Greg was still willing to take the time to help me out. I'll definitely be coming back to him with future loans and referring others to Greg Curran!

  What a help this guy is!!!!! We recently purchased our first home. Didn't know how or what we were in for but Greg Curran helped us through EVERY SINGLE STEP of the process. We have very busy schedules and he made it so much easier to get through the paperwork. Everything from dumbing it down sometimes to working with us for 2 hours after business hours were over. He was great and we would definitely speak with him for any future housing needs. Highly recommend!!! Thank you so much Greg! We love our new home!!

  Greg Curran helped my wife and I with our refinance, the process could not of went any smoother! If you have any questions he’s always there to help every step of the way. I even called him after hours and sure enough he answered.If your looking for a fast loan closing Greg is your man. This is our 3rd home loan/refinance and by far the fastest! Wish I could give this review more STARS. Will definitely recommend to others!!

  Greg and Jessie were great to work with!! Greg obtained the numbers I wanted! Jessie was so helpful in helping me close on my home! She was very professional yet easy to talk to!! They are an amazing team and I highly recommend them!!

  I worked with Greg converting a construction loan for the house I was building into a conventional fixed loan. He was referred to me by a friend who had refinanced his house with Greg and gave him high praise. Greg certainly exceeded expectations! Using his expertise, Greg offered me a variety of options that were significantly better than the incumbent lender I was working with on my construction loan, and the platform he uses to facilitate the process is informative and simple to use. Greg will be my first stop next time I have lending needs - I suggest you make it yours too!

  Greg and Jessica were awesome through out the whole process of my refinance from start to finish. They are very patient and responded very quickly to all my questions and worries that I had . Any time I needed any help with anything small or big they were there for me on the spot. I would use them again in the future without a doubt.
