  Terrible credit union. They don’t answer the phone. If they do, you’ll sit on hold fir 10 min before anyone will talk to you. They put a week long hold on a guaranteed bank check, for absolutely no reason. They treat members like some a$$hole, instead of a part owner. I’ve banked at the DNC Federal Credit Union for over 20 years, but needed something closer…so tried BFG. Just terrible in every single metric and measure.

  I've been a customer for about 10 years now and I love this entire team and location. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, warm and professional. Whenever I have a question or concern they always have the answer or solution! They are great, I have developed a great relationship with them over the years, I really love that they remember me and that I'm not just an "account number" I've had multiple loans through them and every transaction comes with a smile, lots of other institutions leave that out and it makes the transaction/visit pretty cold... you guys have a customer for life, thanks for going above and beyond with everything that you do!

  I truly loved the people here. Katie and Leila are awesome and very resourceful and pleasant. My husband and I always bank with either Leila or Katie they make you feel appreciated. Keep up the good work! However I hate that they closed the Twinsburg branch it can be a nuisance sometimes driving to Hudson.

  This bank is by far one of the worst in the region. They are on board with the current control scams in the nation. If you are on social security/disability or do any kind of banking. I would suggest removing your money cause they have now and have been taking peoples money as all of you know while you are sleeping your money is being used for profit puppeteering through the bogus stock market that is declining at an alarming excellerating pace. Money literally has no value and is not backed by gold. It is nothing but paper and ink. Its truly enslavement at its finest! These bankers usually retire on your money at the age of 33. Its no secret anymore and full exposure is coming as all of you know that are reading this right now. All banks are inner connected to the old energy grid of matter. In these times of Ascenion We the people will not stand for these crude acts on humanity.

  I have been with this bank &or over 30 years! I would not change, and everything has always been top notch. The people are friendly, helpful and always professional.
