  Kevin was great. This was my first time buying a home and I was extremely nervous. Kevin gave me all the steps that I needed to take and guided me as I was taking them steps. If I had any questions, he was there to answer them in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and concerning about the information I had to turn into the Underwriter and the timeline I had to do it. After Kevin was there to support me all the way through, my nervousness and stress level had decreased tremendously.

  This is an awesome place to start for first-time buyers for people who think their credit score isn't High Enough they can work with you and show you what you may need need to do to improve your score I would recommend GCF to all my family and friends
