  My husband and I just recently purchased our first home. We worked with Janelle at Greentree. This being our first home we had no idea how the whole process worked. Janelle walked through the entire process with us and explained each step as we went. She was always there to answer the millions of questions I had and never sounded irritated answering them. She even came to our closing to make sure we knew exactly what was happening as we signed each paper. After moving into our new home we were then sent two personalized gifts from her as house warming gifts. Highly recommend her and will use her for any future needs I may have!

  Shane made the whole process easy for me as a first time home buyer. He and his staff were always so prompt to return my calls, texts, and emails. All of my questions were answered fully and in terms I could understand. Greentree really helped me out.

  I've worked with Shane twice now. He makes it so easy to get through all the paperwork!! I've been so happy with him that I sent my son to see him.
