  Had a few approval letters from national mortgage lenders on my desk not knowing what I was doing at all getting into the house buying market. Got a referral to go see Kevin and it changed everything for me. He was straight up with everything, offered me a very competitive rate, and make everything very fast. Kevin answered any questions I had, made sure I was reading the right information, and prepped me to shop in the right price range. Couldn't be happier with my experience. 10/10 recommend.

  I would rate Colin a 10 to be honest! Colin was amazing to work with! If I had questions late at night or early morning he was prompt on getting back to me! As someone in the sales business having someone who has the same level of professionalism and customer service skills is great!   I don't know where to begin to tell you how great of an experience it was getting my loan approved. I have bought 4 homes in my lifetime 3 with bank mortgages and the last one with Hallmark. Even with a credit score of above 800 and a with a great income getting a loan approved with a tradition bank mortgage was the most dragged out process ...wait wait wait...then jump through hoops, wait wait wait. This last home, I now live on half the income and I had less than a perfect credit score. I never dreamed I could get approved, I was told by a realtor , try Hallmark Home Mortgage, they get people approved. I thought ,"what's the catch..high interest rate? Variable?" I thought what do I got to lose, I contacted Kelly Kurt ,the name of the loan officer recommended by the Danbury realtor. Within a hour via the phone and email my loan was approved. All my signing of documents was done through an email secure web site. I never left th my home. Through the website you can download document such as drivers license, proof of income etc.I was offered the going interest rate, within 6 weeks I was sitting down at a closing table, and that went as smoothly. I would always recommend Hallmark Home Mortgage. I also read the reviews, all remarks were good, another reason I moved forward with confidence that I was making a good decision. I rarely write reviews, I really back this company. I forgot to mention that Kelly was the first person to get me rolling, she also works with a team, they too were as important to the process.
