  I am new to Toledo. I opened an account with Superior a few days ago. I was told in order to open a checking account, the had to run a credit report to determine what type of checking account I could open. When the representative ran my report, she claimed that my score was 40 points lower. I doubled check this with all credit bureaus and was told my score was indeed higher than quoted. I was asked after I showed the representative the correct score, did she try to investigate or change it, I stated she did not. I believe I was a victim of redlining. I left the branch manager a detail message, I have yet to receive a call back. Beware of this credit union. When I opened my account, I received a stapled black and white copy of their terms/fees etc.. Not a profession look at all.

  Needs to update their ATM systems it'll be nice to able to add cash in your account other then that I've been a member for over 20 years I really appreciate them

  Hi Tanille! We totally understand your feedback. We do have a new branch opening on Airport Highway this Summer that will have two ITMs outside where you can deposit cash, as well as retrieve some.   Fast efficient service. First time customers. Manager seemed very knowledgeable about the process. No questions or mistakes or fumbling. Minimal signing and paperwork (unlike some other competitors who make the process of opening new accounts painful).

  My refi went very smoothly... the process of applying online and signing the final documents was easy and only took a few minutes. I only had to stop by the credit union for about five minutes to sign the power of attorney - after that, the refi was finished! Becky McDonagh was especially helpful and facilitated the process in a timely manner! I'm glad I chose to refinance through the credit union - I am saving a good amount with the better interest rate there!

  They bought out my original credit union (which I loved) and I've had nothing but problems with Superior and their telephone operators could care less about their customers. I requested that no account statements be sent to my address and still sent me them. I requested a new debit card and when I got it I couldn't even activate it and was told I would have to bring it in to the branch's location. Needless to say I'll be finding a better credit union immediately. Step your game up Superior. Terrible service.

  I use a couple different banking places, and this one is by far my favorite. All of the employees are knowledgeable and able to help with all of the questions I have. It is a pleasure to see the smiling faces and have helpful service! Keep doing what you are doing!

  They seem very confused about basic banking concepts at this branch. Sylvania branch is better.
