  We are first time home buyers and the whole process of applying and obtaining the mortgage can be overwhelming. Greg made sure that everything was clear to us, he is very responsive, there are no “small” questions, he was always available and genuinely glad to guide you through. All the documents were submitted on time and thanks to Greg and his team we successfully closed on our first house! Highly recommend!

  We went through 3 mortgage companies until we hired realtor Al Bailey who connected us to Greentree Mortgage. The process was more than we expected. Whenever we called Antonio had most calming and pleasant voice. Danielle the processor there are no words, she held my hand and walked me through the process every step of the way, she was extremely patient and listened to all of our concerns I truly thank God for her. Karen was great also. Last but not least Jimmy all I can say he’s the man! Thanks to this team we are first time homeowners.

  Greg gets it done. We had hurdles that just seemed to be beyond our ability to solve. But he did everything, mainly because he was in constant contact, to get us to settlement on time with no problems. This is the guy you want on your team! AND THAT RATE!!!
