As an older adult and not exactly savvy with todays banking, I was so pleased that he took the time to show me how to do things without embarrassment. He is a definite 5 star employee

C's beautiful1Had to deposit for someone today and I went through the drive thru felt like I was a bother instead of a customer. You could see her attitude and then her employees laughing because I was a bother and had questions, but I went in side and they wERE much nicer. Lucky for me I don't bank with snobs. 10:40am was the time I went thru the drive thru, then said if they seemed bothered I'll go inside. Bank somewhere else. This is why I left them 5 years ago.

bocconom2I rarely write an review but I have to say that I nave never seen a corporation so inept during this time of the virus in their failure to be creative as to how best to serve their customers. There were a total of two tellers today that they moved to the drive through thus shutting down the lobby without any notice. They are constantly changing on how to access your banking needs. I have tried different times and different days of the week and what may have been true last week isn't true this week. Speaking of the drive through it is terrible and it was this way BEFORE 2020. I want to make one thing clear: It is NOT the tellers fault. This is a corporate lack of leadership and problem solving and I doubt they care. America's Most Convenient Bank? Hardly.

Gina Wilson1I have been using TD Bank for 20 years and the drive thru has always been terrible. Every time I go through, I wait for at least 10 minutes, usually longer. I was there the other day, second in line, and waited over 15 minutes. What took so long? Who ever knows. It is always like that. I don't have time to sit in line. I will be leaving TD Bank and switching to our small town home bank.

A. Mason1The service here is the worst I've ever experienced! Yesterday while here, I was told to return today to complete what I needed and go through the drive thru. So, I waited for a half hour in the drive thru just to be told to go inside and someone would let me in. I was then put on line again and I'm still waiting with other people ahead of me who checked in I asked if my time waiting in the drive thru counted and I was told no, even after I explained that I was told to go through the drive thru. So, through no fault of my own, I'm still waiting. It's been 2 hours.

Triple V Nails1From the negligence of the staff at the account opening stage, I kept being deducted from the account for $ 25 because the amount of money she left for the daily balance was too high compared to the money I had. I already came back there to talk to amend the balance, so she did fix but she did not fix right so now I still deducted money. I Will tranfer to other bank and never use this bank anymore.

Chris Cubler3Not there to help you. Be extra vigilant when banking here as they will not think twice to take your money from you if you let them. Edit: After closing my account and submitting feedback via the scripted email they send you after a visit I was contacted and given back the money that was taken from me. I have raised the review from 1 to 3 stars to reflect the decency that was shown after the account was closed.

Gino Brizzi1Just visited this branch to cash a check. I used the drive thru god bless the poor girl who was by herself working all 3 drive thru lanes. So after I waited 20 minutes to get to the window I come to find out that there’s an absolutely nonsensical 7 dollar check cashing fee because I didn’t have an account there and I NEVER will. Mind you the check was a TD check.Awful experience poorly run. Choose a different bank.

Cutiepaws2321Nancy the manager was AWFULc, outright rude and disrespectful after I got upset that a three day hold was put on my money for a reason they couldn’t seem to verify. Both of the managers were rude and acted as though they didn’t want to be bothered by a customer. Any other TD is better than this one. Or save yourself the trouble and just don’t bank there.
