  I can not recommend Julie Stowers-Belmarez with Greenridge. She was the seller we worked with when we bought our house. I also used Marilyn Tucker and Karyn Benner with Nexxus and unfortunately can not recommend them either. Although these 3 women were nice, I have had a horrific experience with them. Buying your first home should be an exciting time and they have turned it into a nightmare. We have been getting the run around since we bought the house a year ago. Promises were made and not followed through on. We have been dealing with unpaid bills, unfinished work and a dangerous living environment in a home that was supposed to be move in ready, as I was expecting my first child. I wont go into too much detail, but our house was broken into before we got the keys and the vandalism/damage has still not been taken care of. They just keep telling me they will get back to me and before I know it months have gone by. Nobody should ever have to go through this. I highly recommend going somewhere else. :)
