  This is by far the best financial institution in Michigan the staff is kind and friendly and can help you with any of your financial needs, their service is comparable to no other financial institution. they make your money work for you and pay you to do it through all there many services .I feel like I am coming HOME every time I walk through that door. You are not just any body when you walk in YOU ARE FAMILY.’

  All staff at this credit union are friendly and helpful and will go above their job scope to work with customers. As a "senior" citizen who sometimes gets confused with digital information; I appreciate that they help me to understand and complete my digital needs.

  Community Choice in Muskegon is the best! I never have any issues there. I usually have Matt as my clerk and he is super helpful. Definitely give that guy a raise.

  Trying to get home loan and lender noticed a 30 day late payment for December. I originally tried talking to a person whose name I forgot and basically she couldn't of cared less after me asking about remark on credit report so I asked to speak to manager whose name was Amanda but it went to her voice mail so I left message for her to call which I never received. I decided to try different number and thats when I came in touch with Willie Wright at Warren branch and I can't even begin to thank this man for actually caring and putting effort forward to figure things out. He couldn't understand why it was showing 30 day late when in fact it was only 15 day late. He sent me copy of transactions to show me and sent request to get this taken care of. Willie answered every question I had and was VERY concerned about my problem. This man was top notch professional . Willie if you read this Thank you so much for the quality customer service that I received from you and hope I hear soon on what can be done to rectify this for my lender on home loan. Community choice has here a hell of a asset to the company. We customers need more of him then what I got the first time around. This is update on the following day to review of community choice , I was lucky enough to get in contact with Amanda Gilbert and Angelina which took a good amount of time to review the findings of my concerns. I realize now that only so much can be done due to amount of time that has passed from original discrepancie but I have to say I again was totally amazed at the both of you. Amanda whom I actually talked to a few times was amazing. I learned to be more patient and not jump to wanting results but listen to what options can be done and Amanda explained things thoroughly and went above and beyond to help me and I want to say thank you both so much and Amanda it was a great pleasure talking to you on this matter. Community choice you have some awesome employees working there and look forward to many more years with you.

  Online banking is really convenient and I almost never have to visit a branch. When I do, I get awesome service by all the employees. They know me by name and ask me how my family is doing. Will always be a member here!

  Friendly, personal service. The staff takes time to get to know the members and remember YOU when you walk through the door. They ask me about my travels, work, kids, etc. This branch has an amazing team!

  Everyone we dealt with in the lending department bent over backwards to help us. My son was very picky about finding the perfect car, and over a month long process they helped us each step of the way. I can't thank them enough for their time and help.
