  Mike has helped me purchase AND refinance my home. He was professional and helped reassure me every step of the way, even though it was my first time buying a home and I had no idea what I was doing! I highly recommend Mike because he can get you the best rates on your home loan. And a perk that he can also set you up with your home insurance as well.

  I appreciated Mike’s ability to get things done. Even when the hick-ups came via my status, he had a game plan and a way to push forward and not give up. We have used him 2 times, buying a home which was a nite mare almost 2 years ago and now a refi. Buying situation in Sacramento itself as prices were fluctuate ing up so fast it was hard to keep up for 4 months but we landed the perfect home in a great neighborhood with awesome neighbors at the right interest rate for that time. Needless to say interest rates are historically low still today and because they are rising you need to see Mike Riley and take advantage of these low interest rates today. Thank you for pushing through when I was ready to give up!! My experience of house buying has taught me to trust God first and the impossible will be possible.   We've worked with Mike on two home purchases and he's always been very professional and very helpful throughout the home buying process. As a buyer who only goes through a home purchase a couple times in a lifetime, it can be intimidating at times. Mike always made us feel like things were under control and spent the time to explain what was happening and what to expect. He's was always responsive and easy to get a hold of no matter what time. He's also very personable. Our home purchases were 7 years apart and when I called him up when we were thinking of buying a new home, he knew me, remembered my wife, and my kids names and even things about our first purchase.   My Partners and I interviewed a number of Brokers for our new investment opportunities in the greater Sacramento area and we came across Mike at Green Isle. We decided to move forward and were very successful in our endeavors and soon after our collaboration we located an 88 unit property that worked for what we were seeking.   We purchased a new home development by Taylor Morrison in Elk Grove right on the cusp of pre-COVID-19. My wife and I were first time home buyers looking for a bigger and new home to help grow our family in. We have had family members that have had previous experiences with Micheal at Green Isle properties and it was great! Mike was their the whole time step by step helping with any needs and information between the developers and us. I honestly could not imagine going through that whole experience and process with out having Mike right by our sides. I know he is a very busy man with his Green Isles properties but any time we had a question or concern his responses were very rapid and you could generally feel he really did care about what are needs were. If he did not have the immediate answer for our concerns he went up and beyond his duties to get answer and resolution very quickly. He went way "above and beyond" when we had problems with the seller, providing extensive support and help months after escrow closed, without asking for any payment.
