  My fiance and I love this branch. They're SO helpful. Absolutely go above and beyond most banks and bank tellers. Literally every visit we've made together or separately, has been good and helpful. I highly recommend this branch. Joseph and Araceli are super helpful. Hope Joseph doesn't get tired of our many questions we plague him with lol but he takes it like a professional champ and is always polite and patient

  I retired from state on 8/2019 and have been using Greater Texas (they partner with my credit union, Velocity Credit in Austin) since then and have nothing but good to say about them. They are always friendly and professional and while some transactions cannot be done by Greater Texas and require that I go in person to Velocity Credit, they are great people to do business with. Keep up the good work!

  I am not a member of Greater Texas Credit Union, but my credit union in Austin partners with them and I use them frequently. They are always so nice and accommodating, and I really like them. They're friendly and helpful, and I'm thinking about transferring my account over to them.

  I recently submitted an application to open an account online, along with an automobile refinance application. Fortunately for me, Araceli Aguilar was the person who processed my new account application. She went above and beyond in doing everything she could to make everything go smoothly, all while answering my never ending questions via email. She checked in with me many times (for both my new account and my loan application) during the process and kept me well informed along the way. She was a shining example of exceptional customer service. Thank you for everything, Araceli!

  The staff is always friendly and patient. The branch manager does not stay behind closed doors, but welcomes members into her office in the spirit of customer service for friends. A nicely run branch! I highly recommend it.
