  Screw this place. I went to go withdraw my money, the cash door went crazy and I never got my money but my balance account is now reflecting 0 funds because of what I took out but never received so it’s not like I can go to another ATM now. I took out what I had for gas to get back home, so now I’m stranded not being able to get gas and no one on the phone can help me because it’s a holiday. If you’re going to atleast staff people today staff someone that can make executive moves and fix things. Not just chair warmers

  Horrible location. Go to the Lamar branch. Have never had an issue at the Lamar branch. This one has machines that never work and also have problems with employees not understanding policy's. Do not go here. It's a random location for a reason. They send employees they don't like here. I hope they just close it so it will save others some time. Can't wait to close my account. This was enough for me.

  This updated website log in is terrible! It is very difficult to see what is really going on in our account. We are seriously considering leaving GTFCU because of it. The old log in set up was user friendly. This is not!

  I use this gtfcu location infrequently, but when I do, I see Amanda. Usually always behind the teller window, she is absolutely amazing and one of the reasons I will always use this location.

  Had some confusion on credit card payments. Young lady there was a great help in clearing everything up. Always friendly
