  This is a awesome team to work with. They kept me up to date and up to the minute on the whole process. I got text and email responses after hours to help speed things up and answer any questions I had. They ran all the traps to be sure everything went seamless and smooth as possible. This is my second mortgage with Benchmark and will definitely be a return customer again. I have already recommended Benchmark to friends and family since my first experience with them.   Sheri was absolutely amazing to work with! I decided to go with her for my home even though I had a preferred lender. She was very quick to respond, provided the best overall rate and package and answered all of my questions thoroughly which is why I decided to go with her.   This has been the best home buying experience I have experience. I used to be a Realtor, plus this is the second home I purchase and this is the first time there is a Lender and it's team that answers your questions so fast at any time, that tells you in advance exactly what you need and works so quick you can close in 30 days.
