Tai Earthman1The customer service here has changed for the worst. Today I walked into the branch to get a new debt card. I asked before I waited if it was possible and after the teller checked he informed me that I wasn't able to. I said no problem I’ll just call to order it. I called to order a new card to find out that it was possible for me to get a card printed out in the branch.

Lillie Arnold5On September 19 or 26 I visited the CU to wire money for my sister. It was a rush action I needed to take. It was a little complicated in that the funds were going through a third party bank prior to being wired to the bank we were using. The branch manager Suzanne Hayes and Marchelle, the assistant - not sure of her title, read through the documents very carefully and called the main branch to speak with someone to verify exactly what would go on each line to assure it was done correctly since it was going through a third party. Before I left we had confirmation that the first bank had received the funds. They always are very personable and friendly and go out of the way to help. Customers are recognized and addressed by name. It is always a pleasant experience to do business at this location.

Ashlee Nyangeri5I went in to make a deposit and cash a check. Audrey G was awesome I was in and out in quickly I love Greater Texas Federal Credit Union and the location and they have really great services. If you are looking banking and other financial needs look no further. Awesome-sauce

Cheryll Dennis5I generally have just ordinary transactions, like depositing money, etc. The drive-thru teller is always very courteous and helpful. Very personal service, and I appreciate that kind of customer service.

Zeke Guerrero5Found out I can use them to pay my truck payment because they are a sister bank to Velocity Credit Union. It beats having to drive to down town Austin!

Gladys Lewis1Their web site is not very user friendly. I tried to login to reset pass word. I had verification of my account debit card and GT code. There was no help to get signed in.
