  This location is right next to Hwy 290 and 183. Anytime I drop by to check out deals, the store is clean and setup nicely. Nia has the absolute best customer service and helps create a welcoming store environment and experience.

  I’ve been to a lot of pawn shops but there at action pawn pawn there customer service far exceeded expectations they will work with you till you find what you need . Very friendly go see nia she’s Awsome

  If I could give zero stars I would. All the words scam ripoff pawn sharks come to mind. The one star is for the lady who actually helped me. She was friendly and more attentive than the other workers. I believe I was scammed because I had never been before. Never going back again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I apologize to the sales lady just because she was helpful. Perhaps she should train her other associates on good customer service

  I just came in to look for a movie and had the best experience that i have had at any establishment in 2018 so far! I highly recommend this place! I was greated and felt welcome when i first came in through the doors, most places just ask you if you need help after you have been looking for a long time but not these guys just asked me right off the bat. It made me feel like i was not ignored or felt felt lost. I want to say thank you to Oscar and Juan who helped me and my family out when we were purchasing a movie! Cant beat the prices on this movies $1. They take notice and pride in there job seeing how i felt that they welcomed me and my sons. I will recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks again Oscar and Juan for everything!

  I went in with my TV to pawn and I forgot the remote, the cashier told me if I ran home to get it he would give me $10 extra to cover the gas (since I was only pawning the TV for gas money to begin with.) I was very surprised at this level of service, they did not have to give me extra money because I MADE a mistake. Will definitely return!
