  I like the idea to have everything with one company and the Greater Springfield Credit Union is that company. The staff always welcomes you with a nice smile and they are very friendly. Painless process from start to finish. They explain everything and have patient with customers. I always have a lot of doubts and questions and they always are very patient with me. The best thing is the payments options they offer. They worked with me to make sure it was a good fit for me. They also offer amazing interest rates. I have done several loans and other banking business and the process have been very easy each time. LOVE MY GREATER SPRINGFIELD CREDIT UNION.

  I arrived last Friday (12/31/21) to finalize some financial paperwork and met with Lynn who was very friendly, courteous and with excellent customer service. Every time I go into the GRSCU I'm always greeted with excellent customer service by the friendly staff.

  The staff here are great never had any bad experience with them on this part at all. I would have rated it a 5 unfortunately I do have one problem when anything goes wrong with your card and it is after business hours you can not do anything there is no number to call nothing .and I normally would not say anything but this seems to be an all the time problem and become a real problem . Trying to do anything expecially when there is no reason my bank should be declining my card when it's my money in your bank .Thank you

  I have been a member of the GRSCU for over 30 years! Having said that, I have almost always been satisfied with the level of professionalism and tremendous service that is provided by all the staff. Lynn Wiggins is the most recent loan specialist I dealt with and she was second to none with regard to getting things done! It is a pleasure knowing that my banking is such a personal experience when working with all the staff especially Lynn!

  Hello, To whom this may concern I just wanted to point out that I came in for a small vacation loan and was assisted promptly by a lady named Lynn Bovat. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind with her words and actions. She not only help me learn on how to get approved for my vacation loan, but also during the loan process pointed out a large car payment that I made every month and informed me on how refinancing could help save me money. She requested a couple documents and had me do an application for both at the same time. The next day after she called me and I quickly learned that I was approved for both the vacation and car refinance loan which has saved me over $300 or more a month. If it was not for her passion to go above and beyond for her clients and deliver a high quality level of customer service. I would have continued over-spending on my car payments for the next 5 to 6 years. I wanted to send you a personal message acknowledging her for all that she did for me and I’m sure she has done the same for many of her other clients as well. Keep up the great work Lynn! Thank you

  Okay, this is my first and only google review I'll do, but it's warranted. I've been a member with GRSCU since I was born because my parents have had accounts with them forever. They've been nothing but great to my family, courteous, and professional always. Most recently, I was having an issue with my debt card not being accepted on a brokerage, trying literally everything and unable to figure out why it wouldn't work after talking to both parties. Karen went out of her way to resolve the situation for me after I had all but lost hope! Keep up the great work. Highly recommend.

  I have been a customer at the Greater Springfield Credit Union for about 10 years and the staff has always been very helpful and polite. I was also recently assisted with obtaining a personal loan by Loan Processor Lynn Wiggins who was very informative and helpful and walked me through the whole process very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend using the Greater Springfield Credit Union for your banking needs.

  My family and I have been members at the GSCU for almost 50 years. Have utilized most of the services they offer, home loans, equity, car. They have been most helpful with our questions or concerns. We are greeted by name and always feel welcome. They work hard for their customers to satisfy our banking needs We love the staff and couldn’t think of ever leaving.
